(MSMA) dba Banner Network Colorado, the non-profit corporation operated since 1994 by community physicians and Banner Health hospitals in Larimer and Weld counties, has moved forward with an ownership transition effective May 1 that makes the integrated provider network a fully owned Banner Health entity. Its new name is Banner Network Colorado, LLC.

Kellogg named VP for Banner Network Colorado, western region business development

Paul Kellogg has been named vice president for Banner Network Colorado (BNC) and Western Region Business Development at Banner Health. In this new role, Kellogg will provide leadership for BNC – a growing provider network serving Larimer and Weld counties – and partner with Banner Medical Group physician leader, J.P.
